Manifesting Your Goals & Desires
Manifestation is not an allusive term only designed for ritual and high level spiritual practices. Manifestation is something that is occurring consistently in our daily lives as we think our desires into reality. We are constantly looking to the next thing we want to create or experience and naturally we flow toward it when we are not in resistance to it.
Resistance occurs when we are attached to the 'how' and 'why' of the manifestation. If we look back at our past we can see that the things that came easily to us were the ones where we weren't fixated on the specifics of the outcome. In these cases we allowed the process to unfold through holding our vision and trusting. In these cases there was therefore no emotional charge to whether it would work out or not.
Sometimes we can find ourselves in situations where, as time passes, we do not see our desires unfolding in the timeframe we would like and in the manner we would like. This creates a feeling of being let down by our circumstances and we may end up feeling negatively about our desires. Our negative mindset about our desires can repel them from coming in.
Part of manifestation is holding our vision, knowing it will come with our own effort and mindset, and then letting go of how and when it arrives and what it looks like.
Trust occurs when we continue to hold our visions steady and remove our doubts around them, allowing our life to flow despite whatever physical setbacks we experience.
Understanding manifestation as a process of the idea that 'thoughts become reality' is much less about the actual thought but rather about 'feeling' or 'experiencing' the manifestation. This allows us to get into vibrational alignment with our desires. Alignment is where it all happens. As an example, when our desire is to experience joy, we don't try to seek it externally from another source outside of ourselves, rather, we create joyful experiences for ourselves and create opportunities for it through our own actions.
If our default is to exist in a victim mentality, we may experience delays in manifestation as we have the belief that what we want doesn't come easy, if at all. Our past is then informing our future that we cannot have the life we desire. And again, alignment is what speeds up our manifestations therefore we work on our beliefs around what is truly possible for us.
Manifestation Tips
Work on the core beliefs, fears, and negative thought patterns which you hold that impact on abundance (Ex: lack mentality, victim mindset)
Write down a general outline of your visions and goals and practise positive affirmations and gratitude to get into an open mindset about what is possible for you
Focus in on how it 'feels' energetically and emotionally to have what you want. When you imagine having your manifestation here now, do you feel peaceful, supported, nourished?
Put yourself in into vibrational alignment with what you want. If you seek love, for example, work on self love practices and any barriers you have to receiving love, and give love to others without expectation for it to return
Find a balance between taking action and trusting in the process (letting go)
Notice moments of charge or resistance where you are attempting to control an outcome - Notice when you fixate and overthink the process
Once you have a vision in mind - Claim it!
